The demand for Control System Engineer has been growing and due to impact of Covid 19 on Skilled Migration and increase in Industrial Automation has made it more difficult to source candidates.

At Seeker Group, we have been working closely with candidates for many years and we have strong knowledge for different position. We have mapped the market in two segments.

Servicing Clients: This requires candidate who has experience across multiple Technology e.g. Siemens PCS7, Rockwell PLC's, Schneider etc. This type of candidate also needs to be client centric and be able to work with client at their requirement and expectation level.

Client Employees: There is a portion of CSE who would rather be employee of the end client, e.g. Nestle, Coca Cola, Rio Tinto etc. They don't have the desire to travel from site to site and deal with different clients.

Once we have stablished which category a candidate positioned then we present them with opportunities that are within their requirement.
